Is it safe to use betadine gargle during pregnancy?

I've been having a sore throat and thinking of using Betadine gargle, but I'm pregnant now. Is it safe to use Betadine gargle during pregnancy, or should I look for other options?

Beta, betadine doctor se pooche bina mat lena bilkul bhi. Mere ghar pe toh sab garam paani aur haldi wala doodh peene ko bolte hain. Salt water gargle sabse safe hota hai, wahi karo abhi.
