Getting a lot of discharge these days so im using pads daily to feel fresh. Then my cousin said wearing pads all the time isnt good in pregnancy. Is that true, what do u all use?
Pads are fine to use. One thing though, if you ever notice actual bleeding on the pad or it smells off or itches, dont ignore that, show your gynac. Normal discharge is okay, anything unusual gets checked.
Haan yaar bilkul safe. Actually discharge thoda zyada hota hai na pregnancy mein, so liner use karna better feels. Bas time time pe change karte raho, dampness se infection na ho.

Yes absolutely safe. Discharge increases in pregnancy so pads or panty liners are totally fine and handy. Just change them often to stay dry and avoid infection.
