My breasts have grown a lot and feel heavy and sore now in 2nd trimester. MIL said no tight things should be worn during pregnancy and now im confused. Is wearing a bra fine or does it harm anything?
Totally safe, just switch to a good supportive maternity or non wired bra. Your breasts grow a lot so the old ones get tight. Comfort is everything, dont wear anything that digs in.
Yes wear it, just go for soft cotton ones without underwire. I bought nursing bras early and they were so comfy through pregnancy and feeding both. Your size keeps changing so dont buy too many at once.
