I love chole and make it almost every week yaar. Now im 2nd trimester and someone said too much chana causes gas in pregnancy. Is it ok to eat or should I cut down?
I think it is actually very good because it has lots of protein and folic acid which is great for the baby. Just soak it well before cooking so it doesn't cause gas. Hope this helps you.
