Im feeling very anxious and not sleeping well, someone suggested kali phos as a homeopathy thing. Im in my second trimester and dont want to take anything without knowing. Has anyone used it while pregnant?
I learned the hard way not to assume anything is automatically safe in pregnancy. Please dont self prescribe even homeopathic ones. Ask your gynac, and only take it if they are ok with it.
Even though homeopathy feels mild, anything u take in pregnancy should be cleared by your doctor first. I personally would check with both the gynac and a qualified homeopath before taking it. Better safe na.
I had taken some homeopathy before pregnancy but once pregnant I stopped everything and asked my doctor first. Even homeopathy I wouldnt take on my own now. Pls run kali phos by your gynac before continuing it.
