My saas keeps adding kesar to my milk every night, says it will make the baby fair and healthy. Im in 4th month and honestly thoda confused if its actually safe or just a old belief. Anyone here taking kesar daily?
I had kesar milk almost daily in my second trimester, but only 2 strands! Honestly, it didn't change my baby's skin color as elders claim, but it definitely helped with my digestion. Just don't overdo it because it generates body heat.
A lot of people will tell you to have it, but everyone's body is different. I would highly suggest asking your gynac in your next visit before starting it. Safety first during these months!
Omg, kesar kheer was my absolute favorite craving! I used to have it with warm milk and nuts almost every evening. Just keep the quantity thoda low so it doesn't cause too much body heat.
Kesar is fine, yaar, but wait till your fourth month actually. My gynac told me to avoid it in the first trimester. Just put a tiny bit in milk, excessive heat is not good during early days.
Yes, kesar is generally fine but in very small quantities. Just add one or two strands in warm milk at night, it really helps with sleep. Take care of yourself.
Warm milk with kesar and badam is a great traditional drink for energy. But remember to use pure kesar and only 2-3 strands max. If you ever feel severe cramping or discomfort, please don't wait and consult your doc immediately.
