We use khus khus in a lot of our gravies at home and i also like it in kheer. Now im 11 weeks and someone said avoid it. Is that true or is it fine in normal cooking amounts?
We used khus khus in small amounts in cooking, like in gravies or kheer, beta. In normal food quantity it is fine. Just dont eat spoonfuls of it, moderation is the rule.
Used as a regular spice it should be fine in moderation. If u plan to take it in any large or medicinal amount, just run it by ur gynac first. Doctor advice always wins on these things.
Yaar in cooking amounts its totally normal, actually i had it in shahi gravies. Nothing to worry in small quantity. Just dont go making it a daily big dose.
