Im 8 weeks and ive been craving kiwi like crazy, eating like 2 a day. Suddenly got worried if too much is okay in the start. anyone had it in early weeks?
Kiwi is great in early pregnancy actually, loaded with vitamin C and folate and helps with digestion. I ate it almost daily. Just wash it well and have it in normal amounts, no issue at all.
Kiwi is a healthy fruit na, fine to have in early months in normal quantity. We eat all seasonal fruits at home. Just keep variety and dont eat only one fruit all day, balance is key.
Kiwi is good and not too high in sugar, I had it even with my sugar being monitored. Just keep the portion sensible, one fruit at a time, and pair it with your meals rather than alone if sugar is a concern.
Omg I loved kiwi when pregnant, that tangy sweet thing was perfect for my cravings. Its healthy too, full of vitamin C. I'd toss it in curd or just eat it plain. Totally fine and yum.
