Fresh lassi is lovely in this heat, my amma made it for me too. Just keep it less sweet and made from clean fresh curd. If you have any sugar issue ask ur doctor first na.
It can be good but go easy on the sugar. I had GD so I had to keep mine plain or salty, no sweet lassi. Honestly check with your doctor about how much, esp if your sugar tests are borderline.
Yaar lassi is fine actually, I had it almost daily in summer. Just avoid the super sweet outside ones, ghar ka banao with proper curd. Felt nice and cooling for me.
It's a cheap healthy option na, gives protein and helps digestion. Make it at home with fresh dahi instead of buying packaged ones. Just don't overdo sugar.
