Been having so much nausea in the mornings and the only thing that settles my stomach is some lemon soda. But im worried the soda part is not good. Anyone had this during pregnancy?
Why buy soda when ghar ka nimbu pani is cheaper and healthier na. Just lemon, water, pinch salt or little sugar. Save the soda for once in a while craving.
Occasionally it's fine yaar, actually fresh nimbu pani is way better than the soda one. The fizzy bottled soda has lots of sugar and that gas can give acidity. I switched to plain lemon water.
Funny thing, lemony stuff actually helped my nausea. But I made fresh lemon water at home, not the bottled soda. The carbonated ones bloated me more. Try fresh first.
Watch the sugar in these. The market lemon soda can be loaded. I had to avoid sugary drinks with my GD, so fresh lemon water with little or no sugar was my go to. Check with doc if your sugar runs high.
