Is levocetirizine dihydrochloride safe in pregnancy?
My allergies are acting up badly and i used to take this before pregnancy. Now im 12 weeks and scared to continue without asking. Anyone took it during this time? I'll check with my doc too.
Please dont take any antihistamine on your own in pregnancy. Even if it's a common allergy tablet, the gynac should decide based on your stage and need. Mine adjusted my allergy meds during pregnancy, so it's really case by case.
Some allergy meds are used in pregnancy but only under doctor guidance, not as a self choice. For mild allergies I was told to try non medicine steps first. Definitely run this specific one by your own doctor.
