Is low blood pressure a symptom of early pregnancy?
Lately im feeling so light headed when i stand up and once almost fell. Checked at home and BP came low. Could be tan early sign na? anyone experienced this in their first weeks?
Listen, don't worry too much, our bodies change a lot right now. Low BP is pretty typical because blood circulation increases. Just don't stand up suddenly, okay?
Haha, carrying two babies made my BP drop so low I thought I'd melt! It is totally a symptom, just eat small meals and keep your feet up whenever you can.
Actually, your blood vessels expand in early weeks so BP can drop. I had thyroid too, so my gynac checked my vitals every single month. Do keep up with your regular doctor visits to track everything.
Same here! I am in my second trimester now but in the beginning my BP was quite low and I felt so tired. Did anyone else also feel super sleepy because of this?
Mere saath bhi first trimester mein continuously BP low chal raha tha. I used to feel dizzy sometimes, so my doc told me to sit down slowly and drink nimbu paani with a pinch of salt.
Oh dear, I totally get it, early pregnancy is such a rollercoaster. Yes, low BP can definitely happen as your body is working so hard to make space for the little one. Just take care of yourself sweetie.
I completely feel you, I used to panic every time I felt a bit dizzy or weak. Low BP is very common early on, but please don't stress, just mention it to your doctor at your next visit for peace of mind.
My tracker app actually showed low BP as a common symptom around week 6 to 12. The cardiovascular system expands fast. Keep tracking your symptoms and discuss with your doc.
Sahi mein, in early weeks low BP happens a lot. I kept ORS sachets or coconut water handy at home. Bas thoda regular intervals pe khao aur liquids piyo, relief milega.
