Been feeling a little cold and my body temp seemed lower than usual these few days, im in my tww waiting to test. Mostly i hear about temp going up so the low part confused me. has anyone noticed this?
Actually a sustained higher temperature after ovulation is more linked with early pregnancy, not low. Body temp alone is not a reliable sign though. If period is late just do a test, much simpler than tracking temperature.
I tracked my basal body temp with an app and noticed it stayed up after ovulation when I conceived. It is a subtle thing and easy to misread. The app helped but in the end a test confirmed it.
I used to read into every tiny body change and it drove me crazy honestly. Temperature, tingling, everything felt like a sign. Save yourself the stress and just test once your period is due.
