My periods are like 4 days late and since yesterday i have this dull ache in my lower back that wont go. Im usually not someone who gets back pain before periods so honestly im wondering if its something else. Did any of u feel back ache early on?
I had backache once and convinced myself I was pregnant, turned out it was just sitting wrong all day, lol. Our mind plays tricks. Best to not assume from one symptom, a test will settle ur mind.
Back ache alone is too common to be a pregnancy sign, could be many things honestly. In pregnancy it does happen but usually with other signs like missed period. If u suspect, just take a test, that's the clear answer.
I did have mild back pain very early but it came along with the missed period. So for me it was one of many small signs. Are u having other symptoms too?
