Is lower back pain a sign of early pregnancy symptoms?

My period is around 4 days late and im having this dull ache in my lower back since yesterday. Cant tell if its just pms or something else na. Did anyone get back pain before they even tested positive?

Haan it can be, mere saath bhi tha thoda. But honestly back pain hota hai periods me bhi na, so dont assume. Test kar lo once you miss your date, that will tell properly.

My gynac told me mild lower back ache in early weeks happens because of hormone changes loosening the ligaments. So yes it can be early sign but only with other things like missed period. A test confirms, back pain alone doesnt.

I had this dull back ache even before my missed period and was so confused. Did anyone else feel it that early? For me it turned out positive but i was honestly not sure it meant anything at the time.

Mild back ache can be normal early on. But if its sharp or one sided or comes with any bleeding or cramping, please dont wait, call your doctor. I learnt to take such things seriously.

It can be, but back pain is also super common with periods so its not a sure sign on its own. Best is wait and take a test after your period is late. Dont read too much into one symptom.
