My period is a couple days late and ive had this dull ache in my lower back, which is unusual for me before periods. Trying not to get my hopes up. Did any of you have back pain as an early sign?
It can be one of the early signs for some, but back pain happens for a hundred other reasons too, period coming, posture, tiredness. On its own it doesn't confirm anything. If your period is late, take a test, that's the real answer.
Lower back pain can accompany early pregnancy but it's not a reliable sign by itself, it overlaps with PMS and so many things. Pair it with a missed period and a test. If the pain is severe, get it checked regardless.
