Ok i know maggi isnt healthy but the craving is real these days. Im in first trimester and somedays nothing else feels eatable. Is it really that bad if i have it occasionally? Dont judge me haha.
During my pregnancy, I had intense cravings for spicy noodles and ate Maggi a few times. I just made sure to add carrots, peas, and beans to feel less guilty. My baby was born perfectly healthy, but everyone's body is different.
Look, eating it once in a while to satisfy a craving won't do any harm, but don't make it a daily meal. It has no nutritional value and is packed with sodium. Throw in lots of veggies to make it slightly better if you must eat it.
Oh, the midnight Maggi cravings are so real, I totally understand how hard it is to resist! Don't feel guilty if you had it once or twice. Just try to eat healthy, home-cooked food most of the time for your little one's growth.
Haan yaar, Maggi toh sabki favourite hoti hai, aur pregnancy cravings mein toh aur dil karta hai. Kabhi kabhi kha lo, koi problem nahi hai na. Bas daily mat khana kyunki maida aur preservatives achhe nahi hote health ke liye.
I love Maggi, but since we are trying to conceive, I've started limiting it. It has too many preservatives, which might not be ideal for the baby. Maybe you can try homemade vermicelli or healthy noodles instead?
