Craving maggi so badly these days, im in first trimester n nothing else feels like eating. But i know its maida n masala. Is it ok to have once in a while or total avoid? anyone?
I would suggest avoiding it as much as possible because of the high preservatives and MSG-like ingredients, especially if you have a sensitive pregnancy. I had many complications and was put on a strict fresh-food diet. If you are having strong cravings, please check with your doctor first.
My nutritionist at the hospital explicitly advised me to avoid instant noodles because of the high sodium content which can cause water retention and high blood pressure. If you are craving it, clear it with your doctor or clinical dietician first.
Haan, pregnancy mein Maggi khane ka man toh bahut karta hai na! occasional cravings ke liye thoda chalega, par roz mat khana. Jab bhi banao, khub saari vegetables daal kar thoda healthy bana lo, bas simple.
I love Maggi, but from what I've read, it's highly processed and has a lot of sodium, so it's not ideal during pregnancy. I'm trying to limit my junk food intake now itself to build healthy habits. Maybe have it only once in a while to satisfy cravings?
Let's be real, Maggi has zero nutritional value and is just empty carbs. An occasional bowl to satisfy a crazy craving is fine, but don't make it a regular meal. Always add lots of fresh veggies and eggs to make it slightly healthier if you do eat it.
