I get sudden cravings for maggi almost every evening, esp now in 2nd trimester. My MIL keeps saying its all maida and not good, but kabhi kabhi to chalega na? is it actually ok to eat?
It's totally normal to have these cravings and then worry about whether it's okay or not. Pregnancy makes us overthink everything! While Maggi isn't ideal for nutrition, a small portion occasionally for a craving probably won't harm. Just focus on a balanced diet overall.
Yaar, Maggi is like everyone's guilty pleasure, na? But actually, it's not the best choice during pregnancy. It's mostly maida and preservatives, zero nutritional value. If you crave it terribly, have a small serving, but don't make it a regular thing, pls.
Ho na, Maggi khaane ka man toh bahut karta hai. Par doctor ne bola tha ki processed food kam khana chahiye. Usme nutrition zyada nahi hota aur salt bhi bahut hota hai. Kabhi-kabhi thoda sa theek hai, par roj nahi, haan.
Honestly, after my C-section, I was told to eat very light and nutritious food for recovery. Maggi is okay maybe once in a blue moon for a craving, but it's not really nourishing for you or the baby. Try to stick to fresh, homemade food mostly.
Oh my god, I've been craving Maggi so badly lately! My mom keeps saying no, but sometimes I just want that comfort food. I was wondering if it's okay just once in a while, like a small bowl?
