I know yaar maggi is not healthy in general but these days mujhe bohot cravings ho rahi hai for it, especially late night. Im in my second trimester. Is it okay to have it once in a while or should i fully avoid?
Currently in my 38th week and honestly, if someone tells me not to eat Maggi right now, I might cry. It has zero nutrition but 100% peace of mind, just don't make it a daily habit.
Mere saath bhi bohot craving hoti thi Maggi ki, especially in first trimester. Personally, I used to have it sometimes but made sure not to eat it daily, just satisfied my craving and drank lots of water after.
It's best to avoid MSG and extra salt during these months, but a small bowl once in a blue moon won't hurt. I used to make atta noodles at home with ghar ka masala when I wanted that noodle taste.
I totally understand those late-night cravings, pregnancy makes us crave the wildest things! It's not very healthy because of maida, but having a little bit once in a while to keep yourself happy is perfectly fine.
I am also trying to conceive and keep wondering about this because Maggi is my ultimate comfort food. I guess once in a week should be okay na if we put lots of peas and carrots?
