Craving maggi badly these days and i know its junk but cant resist. Im 4 months. Is the masala in it ok occasionally or should i fully avoid? someone tell me honestly.
Honestly, it has too much sodium and preservatives, so I avoid it. I prefer eating fresh homemade meals and focus on my daily walks and yoga to stay healthy.
My mother-in-law says to avoid such processed foods as they have high salt and can cause bloating. I asked my doctor and she said having it occasionally to satisfy cravings is fine, but not regularly.
I totally understand those midnight cravings, dear, they are so hard to resist. Go ahead and satisfy your craving occasionally, just don't worry too much about it.
According to my pregnancy tracker, processed spices can cause severe acidity and heartburn. It's safe in moderation, but try to limit it if you are already suffering from reflux.
I just had my baby and I literally survived on Maggi during my first trimester cravings! Having it once in a while is absolutely fine, just don't make it a daily meal.
Currently in my 3rd trimester and honestly, if my baby is 10% Maggi masala, I wouldn't be surprised! I was too tired to cook elaborate meals, so I had it sometimes. Just drink lots of water after.
