Feeling a bit awkward asking this but i couldnt ask my doc. Im 8 weeks and there are some urges. Im just worried it might harm the baby or cause spotting this early. Can someone tell me honestly if its ok?
In an uncomplicated pregnancy this is usually okay. But if you have any history of complications or your doctor advised caution, then follow that. Its a totally valid thing to ask your gynac about, no shame in it.
I wont give a medical verdict, but I can say my gynac told me intimacy was fine in my normal pregnancy. Yours depends on your situation, so a quick check with your own doctor is the safest answer.

For a normal healthy pregnancy its generally considered fine. The exception is if your doctor has told you to avoid it due to bleeding, risk of miscarriage or other issues. If youre unsure about your own case, just ask your gynac quietly, theyve heard it all.
