Is meclizine safe in pregnancy?

My nausea and dizziness is bohot bad these days, im in 8th week. Someone at home suggested meclizine but i dont want to take anything without knowing. Will confirm with my gynac but wanted to ask if anyone here has used it?

Actually, a bit of ginger tea or lemon water helped me a lot with dizziness and vomiting. But if you have severe vomiting or dizziness, pls don't self-medicate and directly check with your gynac. Safe to ask them first.
