Is mild spotting normal in early pregnancy?

Im around 6 weeks and noticed a little light spotting today, got really worried. No pain as such but my heart sank when i saw it. Planning to call my gynac tomorrow, just wanted to hear if others went through this.

Light spotting can be normal in early pregnancy, like around implantation or after a scan. But if it becomes heavy, bright red, or comes with cramps, please call your gynac promptly. Light and brief is usually okay, but always mention it at your next visit.

I had a bit of light spotting in my early weeks and I felt so scared, my heart was racing. My gynac checked me and said mild spotting can be normal early on. It stopped on its own but getting it checked gave me so much peace.

I panicked over a little spotting early on and it turned out completely fine, baby was perfect. Still, I called my doctor and that was the right move. Mild is often okay, just dont stay quiet about it.
