These tiny white bumps have come up around my cheeks and nose since few weeks. Im 5 months along and my skin has been doing all kinds of weird stuff. Did anyone else get these?
I felt my skin go through so many changes in pregnancy, those tiny white bumps came too. I was worried but they were harmless and faded after delivery. Hormones really mess with the skin honestly.
My doctor said skin changes including those little milia bumps are common because of hormones. She told me not to pick at them and to use a gentle cleanser only. If anything looks unusual or spreads, get it checked.
Yeah skin does weird things in pregnancy, milia and pigmentation both. Dont scrub or pick. Keep it simple with a mild face wash and moisturiser, they usually settle after baby comes.
