Is milk coming from breast a sign of pregnancy?

I noticed a little milky discharge from my breast and my periods are also slightly late. Now my mind is going everywhere. Could this mean im pregnant or is it something else? pls share.

I panicked so much when I saw yellow stains on my bra in my 5th month! But my gynac said it's just colostrum and completely normal as your body prepares for the baby. Just use breast pads to stay dry.
