Honestly i never liked milk and now everyone is forcing me to drink two glasses daily. Trying to manage but it makes me a bit nauseous. Just wanted to know how important is it really?
I felt nauseous with plain milk in the start, couldnt drink it. Later I switched to curd and paneer for calcium and that helped. Do whatever your body accepts yaar.
Yes milk is great for calcium and protein, I had it daily both pregnancies. If plain milk feels heavy try it warm with a little elaichi. As long as it doesnt upset your tummy, go for it.
Milk is good but I had gestational diabetes so I had to watch sugar in it. Plain unsweetened milk was fine for me. If you have any sugar issues just check the quantity with your doctor.
