My doctor has written this for me after my positive test, but I got scared seeing the tablet name. Haan I know I should follow gynac only, still wanted to know if others were also given it in early weeks. Did anyone have any side effects?
Honestly nobody on a forum can say if a specific medicine is right for you. It is generally used in pregnancy under supervision, but only your gynac who knows your reports should confirm. Please go by her advice.
If your doctor has given it, it is to help and protect the pregnancy. Take it on time and dont worry. Any question, just ask your gynac directly, thats always safest.
I was on progesterone support during my pregnancy and it was fine for me, but it was given by my doctor with proper monitoring. So if your gynac has written it, trust her. If you have doubts just call the clinic and ask, they wont mind.
This is a progesterone support medicine and its only safe if your own doctor has prescribed it for you. Pls dont take it on your own or because someone else uses it. Each case is different, ask your gynac.
These progesterone meds are commonly given in early pregnancy to support it. But the dose and need is decided by the doctor only. If she prescribed it, take it as told and dont stop suddenly without asking her.
