I work on my phone almost the whole day and now im pregnant i feel guilty about it. Keep reading random things online that scare me. Does the radiation actually affect the baby or am i overthinking?
I actually asked my doctor this same thing because i was always on my phone tracking everything. She said normal phone use is fine, theres no real proof it harms baby. Just dont sleep with phone right next to your tummy if it worries u.
Used my phone both pregnancies, two healthy kids. There is no medical evidence that phone radiation affects pregnancy. Dont let random forwards scare u.
