MIL keeps making moong dal khichdi for me almost daily since i told her im pregnant. I do like it but eating it so often now haha. Wanted to know if its actually good or am i overdoing it na.
Yes moong dal is very good and easy to digest. My amma made moong dal khichdi and pesarattu for me almost daily, it never caused any heaviness. Doctor also said dals are great for protein.
