Headaches can come with the hormone changes but a morning headache alone is not a confirm sign. Could also be dehydration or low sleep. If your period is late just test, that is the real answer.
I had headaches along with my nausea in early weeks, it was rough. But headache by itself doesnt mean pregnancy, I had it from skipping water too. Keep hydrated and rest, and test if you suspect.
Just one note, frequent headaches were also linked to my thyroid which they caught in pregnancy. If headaches keep happening, get a proper checkup rather than guessing. Regular follow up helps catch these things.
I get morning headaches too and I am early pregnant, so it can happen. But honestly mine eased once I started drinking more water in the morning. Are you also missing your period or just the headache?
