Is morning sickness a good sign of a viable pregnancy?
im 7 weeks n the nausea is really bad, throwing up almost every morning. half the time i feel awful but a part of me wonders if its actually a reassuring sign. did u all feel the same? is it normal to think this way?
First pregnancy I was sick like crazy, second one barely any nausea, both perfectly healthy babies. So honestly dont read too much into it. Only the scan tells you the real picture.
My doctor said nausea is often a sign of good hormone levels, so many take it as reassuring. But she clearly told me that no morning sickness does not mean anything is wrong either. So please dont judge viability just by nausea, the scan and checkups are what confirm things.
I actually panicked when my nausea suddenly stopped around week 10, thought something was wrong. Turned out it was just my body settling and baby was totally fine on the scan. So please dont scare yourself like I did.
