Fresh mosambi juice feels so refreshing these days and helps my nausea also. But I am worried about outside juice hygiene, so mostly thinking homemade. Did anyone drink it often during pregnancy?
I add a small glass of mosambi juice in the morning along with my walk, doc was fine with it. Good for immunity and feels fresh. Just dont add too much extra sugar, the natural taste is enough.
Mosambi is lovely during pregnancy, lots of vitamin C and it kept me hydrated in summer. My mother in law made me fresh juice almost daily. Just have it fresh not packed, and dont overdo on empty stomach if acidity bothers you.
I love mosambi but a little caution, juice has natural sugar so if you have any sugar issue in pregnancy go easy. With my GD I was told to eat the fruit instead of drinking glasses of juice. For most others its perfectly fine in normal amounts.
Mosambi juice was one of the few things that didnt make me feel sick when my nausea was at its worst. Light and refreshing. I sipped it slowly, fresh squeezed. Honestly it helped me more than plain water some days.
Mosambi is cheap and easily available so it was my go to fruit in pregnancy, much better than expensive packed juices. Buy a dozen, squeeze fresh at home, no preservatives. Healthy and light on the pocket also.
