I had a huge craving and ate chinese from outside yesterday, and after that started worrying about all the ajinomoto in it. Now feeling guilty. Is it actually a problem or am i overthinking as usual?
Occasional outside food with msg wont harm, I had my share of noodles in pregnancy. Just dont make it an everyday thing, too much processed stuff isnt great anyway. Balance is the trick.
Cravings for that tangy street food were real yaar. I just didnt overdo it and chose fresher options when I could. A treat sometimes is okay, dont guilt yourself.
From what I read, normal amounts in food are considered fine, its the excess processed eating thats the real concern. If you have any specific condition, run it by your doctor. Otherwise just keep it occasional.
On busy days I did eat the odd packet of instant noodles, no drama. Just kept it occasional and ate proper home food mostly. Moderation matters more than banning it completely.
