My MIL soaks munakka overnight and gives it to me every morning saying its good for blood and baby. I do eat it but wanted to check if its actually beneficial or just a tradition. anyone know?
Munakka is good beta, my mother used to soak few overnight and give in morning, helps with constipation and energy. Just a small handful, not too much. If u have sugar problem then check with doctor first na.
In our home elders always suggested soaked munakka for iron, my amma did the same for me. It felt good and gentle on the tummy. But I still confirmed quantity with my gynac, that gave me peace.
