At home everything is cooked in sarson ka tel and my mother also wants to do oil malish with it. Just wondering if its fine to continue both eating and on skin during this time. What do u all use?
In our ghar my MIL cooks everything in mustard oil and I ate the same all through pregnancy, no issue. She also used to massage my feet with it. Just use good quality pure one na.
Cooking with it in normal amounts is fine, we ate it regularly. For eating it as a remedy or massage that is more of a comfort thing. If unsure about any specific use, your doctor is the best to ask.
