My nose is completely blocked since 3-4 days and i cant sleep at all, someone at home gave me nasivion drops but i havent used it. Im in my first trimester so im scared to put anything without asking. Anyone used it in pregnancy?
I had a really blocked nose in pregnancy and wanted to use nasal drops too, but I asked my gynac first before touching anything. Pls dont use it on your own, even a small spray. Ask your doc whats ok for u.
Nasal sprays like this arnt something to self decide during pregnancy. Some are not advised especially in certain months. Please call your gynac and ask, they will tell u a safe option.
Dont take it without asking your doctor. For my blocked nose the gynac told me to do steam inhalation and saline drops instead, which actually helped. Check with yours before using nasivion.
Beta in pregnancy we should not take any medicine or spray by ourself. Steam from hot water with a towel over head helped my stuffy nose. But for that spray, pls ask doctor only.
