My nose is completely blocked these days and i used to take nasonex spray before pregnancy. Now im scared to even touch it without asking. Did any of u use it while pregnant?
For my stuffy nose doctor told me to do steam and saline drops only. She said dont take any medicine spray without asking. Maybe ask yours the same, it helped me a lot actually.
Mere saath bhi nose block ki problem hai abhi and I was scared to use anything. Did anyone here use a spray after doctor allowed? I just keep doing steam for now till my next visit.
Quickest thing is just message your gynac, most of them reply on whatsapp these days. Dont waste time googling brand names, every pregnancy is different and they know your history.
I had a blocked nose almost my whole pregnancy, it was so annoying. But I never used any spray without asking, my doc gave me something safe instead. I wont say use it or not, please check with yours.
Dont decide this yourself na. Even nasal sprays can vary, some are okay in pregnancy some not. Just call your gynac and ask, they will tell you in two minutes which one to use.
