My MIL says that early pregnancy causes all kinds of body aches because of wind and changing hormones. She used to give me a warm compress for my neck. But do mention it to your gynac if it doesn't go away.

Beta, neck pain can happen due to sleeping in a bad posture or stress. Drink some warm ginger tea and apply a little warm sesame oil on your neck. Take rest and don't lift anything heavy.
Yaar, neck pain is actually more likely from scrolling on your phone out of anxiety! It is not a typical early pregnancy symptom. Just relax, put some balm, and do a pregnancy test if your period is late.

Early pregnancy did give me weird muscle aches, but neck pain wasn't one of them. After my C-section, I got bad neck stiffness due to the spinal anesthesia block. Gentle rest and keeping your neck supported with a good pillow helps a lot.
