I get it, you want a quick answer before the headache gets worse. But just drop a message to your gynac, mine usually replies within an hour. Till then rest in a dark room and stay hydrated.
I never took anything that wasnt prescribed during my pregnancy. Even for fever my doc told me the specific medicine and how often. Honestly the best answer is whatever your gynac approves for you.
Please dont take any painkiller on your own during pregnancy. My gynac was very particular about which exact tablet and dose I could take for headache. One quick call to your doctor is the safest route here.
