Acidity is so common in pregnancy, my amma gave me cold milk and small frequent meals which helped me a lot. But for any tablet like this, please ask your doctor first, that is safest.
I would really say check with your doctor before taking any acidity medicine in pregnancy. Some are fine, some not. Dont risk it by deciding yourself, one call to gynac will clear it.
