My skin has gone super dry since i got pregnant and i've been using nivea soft like always. Then a friend said to check ingredients during pregnancy and now im second guessing. Anyone still using it without issues?
I used nivea soft through both pregnancies for dry skin, no issue. Regular body moisturisers are generally fine. Just if u have very sensitive skin, do a small patch test first. Nothing to worry about for normal use.
I checked this on a pregnancy app too n basic moisturisers like nivea soft are listed as fine. The things people usually avoid are strong actives like retinol. A simple cream for dryness is totally ok.
Yep safe, i used it daily after my walks when my skin felt dry n stretched. Simple moisturisers are no problem. Save the worry for the actual important stuff.
Girl dont stress over this one, its just nivea soft, basic moisturiser. Slather it on those itchy dry patches, your skin will thank u. Only avoid the heavy anti-ageing acid stuff.
I think a normal moisturiser like this is fine, i used plain creams too. My skin got sensitive in pregnancy so i did a patch test on my arm first just to be safe. If ur skin reacts to anything new, run it by ur doctor.
