I was taking tablets to delay my period and only later found out i might already be pregnant. Now im really anxious whether it could have affected the baby in these early days. Planning to call my doctor first thing but wanted to hear if anyone else faced this.

Hormone medicines like this are something only a doctor should decide about in pregnancy, definitely not self use. If it was prescribed, confirm with the gynac that they know you might be pregnant. Dont take chances on your own here.
Please do not take any hormone tablet on your own if you might be pregnant, this really needs a doctor. If you have already taken some, tell your gynac exactly what and when right away. They will guide you properly, dont panic but do call.
