Im asking because i got my positive but still had some bleeding that felt almost like a regular period. It really confused me. Did this happen to anyone else? planning to ask gynac too.
I want to gently say please dont brush off bleeding as a normal period in pregnancy. I learnt the hard way that it needed attention. Anytime you bleed while expecting, let your doctor know quickly, just to be safe.
Real periods stop in pregnancy. Some women do get spotting and mistake it, but its not the same. If you see bleeding while pregnant, call your gynac instead of assuming its your period.
Normal monthly period wont happen once you conceive beta. Light spotting can confuse people but it is not a period. If you ever bleed, just inform your gynac so they can keep you safe.
No, a true normal period is not possible once you are pregnant because the lining is not shedding. My doctor was clear that any bleeding during pregnancy is something else and should be checked, not treated as a period.
