trying to eat thoda healthy these days and been having oats almost every morning for breakfast. is it actually good for baby and me or am I overdoing it? anyone else having it daily?
Oats are actually super versatile! I make masala oats with lots of veggies when I crave something spicy, or sweet banana-oats porridge when my sweet tooth kicks in. Highly recommend adding them to your diet.
When I was pregnant, I felt so much guilt about my diet, but switching to oats in the morning really helped me. I felt so much more energetic and it was very light on my stomach too.
Oats are excellent! They helped me so much with constipation during pregnancy, and even now while breastfeeding, they help with milk supply. You can totally have them daily.
Yes dear, they are very good and also quite budget-friendly compared to other fancy health foods. Just buy a simple packet of Quaker or Saffola oats, cook with milk or veggies, and you are good to go.
Yes, oats are great for digestion and keeping blood sugar stable. I always prefer these simple home foods over processed cereal, but if you have any severe acidity or stomach issues, always consult your doctor.
Of course oats are good, they are packed with fiber and keep you full. Just don't buy those highly processed instant packets, stick to rolled or steel-cut oats for real nutrition.
I totally understand wanting to eat only the safest things for your precious little one. Oats are absolutely wonderful and filled with good fiber, so you can eat them without any worry dear.
