Trying to eat healthier breakfasts these days and oats are quick to make in the morning rush. Im 11 weeks and just want to be sure its okay to have daily. Do any of you have oats regularly?
I had GD and oats were actually recommended because they release energy slowly. Just watch what you add on top, I skipped extra sugar. Still good to confirm portions with your doctor if you have sugar issues.
Oats were my lifesaver, quick to make and kept me full till lunch. Perfect when you're rushing in the mornings. I added fruit and some nuts to make it filling.
