Im in my 2nd trimester and lately I just keep craving oranges, having like 2-3 a day. My MIL says too much khatta is not good but I feel fine. Anyone know if its actually ok to eat this many?
Orange is wonderful, full of vitamin C and keeps you hydrated. My amma made sure I had fresh fruit daily and citrus was always there. Just dont have it on a totally empty stomach if you get acidity.
Orange is good but it does have natural sugar, so I had to keep portions small with my diabetes. One small orange was fine for me, not juice. If sugar is a concern for you, just check amounts with your doctor.
Oranges were one of the few things I could keep down when nausea was bad. The tang somehow settled my stomach. If sour stuff sits well with you, keep some handy.
