Im in my first trimester and craving orange juice like crazy, drinking almost a glass everyday. My mom says too much citrus is not good but i feel it helps with my nausea. Is it actually fine to have daily?
It is nutritious but quite sugary, so keep the portion small. I had to limit it during my pregnancy because of sugar. If yours is normal, a small fresh glass is fine.
Orange juice is lovely, full of vitamin C and it helps iron absorb better. My family gave me fresh oranges and juice often and my doctor was glad. Fresh squeezed is best, the packet ones have too much sugar.
