Period is delayed by a week and im getting this mild pulling pain in my lower tummy on and off. We are trying to conceive so my mind is going everywhere haha. Havent tested yet, planning to wait few more days. Did anyone feel this kind of pain early on?
A little heaviness or mild pain low down can happen in very early pregnancy. But honestly it overlaps with so many normal things. Give it a few days and test, no point worrying yourself now.
Mild pull is usually fine but I'll say this carefully, if the pain is sharp, one sided or with any spotting pls dont wait, get it checked. I ignored mine once and shouldnt have. Better safe.

Could be, could also be just gas or period coming yaar. Dont read too much into one symptom. If your period is late, just do a test, that's the real answer na.
