Had a bad headache yesterday and panadol advance was lying at home. I didnt take it, wanted to check first. Im 14 weeks. Will ask my gynac also but thought of asking here, anyone used it?
Please check with your gynac before taking Panadol Advance or any other tablet. Self-medication is not safe at all during pregnancy, so a quick call to your doctor is best.
